I was interviewed by 2 people (both HR) at the same time via Zoom. I was prepared and have over 10 years of experience. I thought the interview went well. After my interview i sent thank you emails to both women who interviewed me. No response. Sent a follow up and no response. Completely ghosted me. Very unprofessional for 2 HR executives to completely ghost a candidate. When I went on the company LinkedIn they had hired someone with very little working experience and certainly not the kind of experience they claimed to be looking for. Glad they ghosted me though, HRs response or lack of shows exactly how unprofessional departments and people are at this company. For the future if you’re not interested in a candidate a simple email w 2 or 3 sentences will suffice. Don’t be so unprofessional you completely ghost candidates.
