Received email a few days after closing date that I was referred for interview, emailed interview details a few days later. Interviewed by 2 individuals and then given an hour to complete a written assessment to determine my writing style and how well I convey my thoughts. Offered job the following week.

You come in and there is a panel of three. The HR person introduces herself to me and to the panel. Then the questions begin. Each panel member asked two questions pertaining to the job I applied for. At the conclusion the HR asked if I had any question, concerns etc; I had a small list of my own qiestion. HR answered and informed me I would get a letter.

it took about 4 weeks to get a call from the VA. Interview lasted 30 minutes and afterwards took a 30 minute written assessment. The written assignment was easy and just follow direction on a scenario based question. it lasted 20 minutes to complete.
