Panel interview with 5 people. They took turns asking a set of PBI questions. It was over the phone. We met on Microsoft teams for a video conference over my phone.

Great was easy and just have to wait long for me to get hiring stuff done because government job. Don’t quit job because it takes months for everything to go through

Moderate difficulty. Was looking to match the money and schedule that I have now. Needed the money to be better if it was worth quitting my current job to make changes in my life

Interview process contains performance based interview questio ns. You can go to va.gov website or Google PBI interview questions for sample questions to review. Typically 3 people will interview you. Interview is a point system.

The first round of interviews with manager and second round was with manager and director. Both were done via videoconference. Follow up came from the manager in the form of an email and then a formal offer letter from HR. The entire process is very lengthly. Don't quit your job until they actually give you a start date.

Long interview and hiring process. There are a lot of steps and levels to go through before you are actually hired and have a start date. The interviews are very to the point and they ask the same questions to each candidate to make it fair and equal

Very friendly and laid back online interview. 4 behavior and 1 scenario questions. I was warned that it will take a while to hear back and a couple of months before I can start.

Overall a pleasant experience for an interview. They asked me 12 standard and questions. The managers all acted professionally and personable. The interview took about 40 minutes total. They also referenced my application packet a few times giving me a good impression that they did read everything submitted.
