Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQ DA) selected me from a pool of Sergeants First Class for possible Inspector General positions. A basic background check was conducted looking for a history of criminal, non-judicial and administrative actions. Attended a three week course in Fort Belvour Virginia. Course content is geared towards Senor Officers but can be acheved by everyone.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at US Army (Fayetteville, NC) in Dec 2015
Interview
The interview consisted of a 3 person panel of questions and answers. My resume was under review and a back round check was conducted prior to interview. The questions was based on experience and scenarios. I believe I did very well on the interview.
