Had an email communication first to set the time and date. Virtual interview through microsoft teams was conducted with three panels. The interview was conducted with welcoming tones and relaxed atmosphere.

Background information about the project was asked. Any experiences of resource mobilisation
There was a test that was followed by an interview. The test included two thematic questions. Largely subjective in nature.
The interview involved 4-5 behavioural questions, and 1 thematic question.
Asked for references before extending an offer.

1 test ecrit d'1h30 avec 4 ou 5 questions techniques selon la fiche de poste, peut etre aussi thematique.
1 entretien de 45min basé sur les competences.
Le test et l'entretien comporte une question en langue étrangère.
Entretien très normé qui ne laisse pas la place a une réelle discussion.
