This was a very long process that start first with a 45 minutes interview with the recruiter. Than I got a 1 hour interview with the manager. The following day another hour interview with 4 people from the team and after that another hour interview for the manager's boss. A lot of questions about my 15 years of experience. Why this, why that, what technologies, why Kronos. Then an hour where the manager's boss talked about the company, the products, the market, the clients etc. I am still wandering why I did not got an offer after all of this :)
