Interview
The interview is composed of 3 rounds (2 people each). There is a more technical round and two easier rounds. The interviewers seemed bored and bland. The questions were nothing out of the ordinary. Make sure you are enthusiastic about the position. Not many market questions were asked. They want to know that you want to be in DCM, so tell them.The brain teaser was a lily pad question and square root of 1 million.

Interview
applied through website, was scheduled for phone interview with associate but ended up being a director. Very technical asked about why capital markets why not M&A. Asked me to pitch a stock. Walk me through an IPO process. Didn't seem like in the mood to interview me. Didn't really care about my background, liked to talk about himself.
