Interview
It was a positive experience. Applied and it tok about 3 weeks for me to get a response, I was scheduled a phone interview with a recruiter that was about 10 minutes and then an online interview within the same call. The online interview was with a manager and was standard, a week later I was offered a position.

Interview
They did not get back to me, they ghosted me and then sent me emails to rate the experience. I felt ignored after reaching out to the HR and no reply still.
Was over phone had about 6-8 basic interview question. Interview was thorough and had a lot of fun in interview. Was easy going and gave me time with responses. I was also asked if I had question amor anything to add I did ask questions and she appreciated that. Interviewee also gave me more information about postion and picking what time shift I would want if I got the job.
The interview process at US Bank was very straight forward. One thing I would recommend is using the STAR method. Makes the interview process go by smother and you will use the STAR method on the job if you accept a position.
