The interview process has the following rounds 1) Telephonic discussion (Skype) with the team based out of Vietnam, this is core technical 2) Case study is given on which the candidate has to prepare an architecture and also provide the reasons for choosing the specific technologies being used to implement the solution 3) Coding round, a complete analysis will have to be done of the case study provided in the previous section ( I completed did this using Apache Spark + Python ) 4) A technical discussion, the candidate will have to visit their office in Bangalore and will have video call and screen share with the team in Vietnam, this is a pure technical round and for me it lasted for about 4 hours 30 minutes! The questions ranges from the coding round implementation to big data to architecture level questions 5) Finally the hiring manager round However, the folks who took my interview were great. They were welcoming, very patient and did not rush with things. In fact it did not feel like interview at all and were very respectful. This place has the feel and look of a great place to work with lot of work flexibility and opportunities to learn and grow
