I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Truist (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2021
Interview
Interviewers are very disorganized, I had 3 separate interviews. The first was an asynchronous web interview. Then a video interview with a recruiter who was 15 minutes late. The final interview process involves you sitting and listening to them tell you about how great their company is before the final interview, and then when the final interview came my interviewer didn't even show up. I felt like Truist does not value my time.

First step was a one way video interview. Second step was more about knowing who you are through a video interview. And then the final step had two parts. Behavioral and Technical. Both parts were fairly simple and straight forward.
