I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Trimont (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2014
Interview
One interview with 7 people at once. People in the interview ranged from Associates to SVP. The questions were primarily about fit and my desire to transition into a real estate role. Overall it was very laid back. Only had one in-person interview and was offered the following week. I was happy that the process moved quickly.

Interview
The people were nice enough but there was a total lack of transparency through the whole process. I was ghosted after the final interview even though I was considered a final candidate. It was very unprofessional and couldn't misrepresent the company enough. These aren't just candidates. They are people who deserve respect and consideration.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Trimont (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2022
Interview
Very thorough interview process with 2 - 30 minute panels. One panel of was an unofficial technical interview and the other was behavioral. The hiring managers and team leads are easy to speak to and are up front with what they are looking for in a candidate and allow you to fully delve into your qualifications as well as why you are interested in working there. It clearly seems like they want to hire someone with the intent to retain their position at Trimont.
