Nice people for the most part, lacking big time in the communication department. Sounds like the company is struggling big time at the moment so that may have played a role in their communication.

Interview
It was a 2 part interview. The first one was with the Corporate Trainer then another with the owners and managers. Very relaxed interview process. They make you feel comfortable and welcome.
