Interview
The process was very positive. Everyone made me feel like an employee they wanted to have on their team, and that based on what I said, kept wanting me to move forward. They were encouraging and really made me feel like I was the one being recruited vs the one that had to convince them they needed to hire me. I liked everyone that I interviewed with, and still do to this day!

My first interview was seamless. The area manager was awesome and he was impressed by me. The subsequent interview with the regional manager was unstructured but ridiculous. He asked questions prying into my personal life.

My Area Manager & I really fit well, however the Regional Manager & I clashed over the phone. He really wasn't a big fan of mine and expressed concerns to me when I asked him for feedback. Good lessons learned. Ultimately the area manager fought for me and I was offered the job. I'm very grateful for the opportunity and it was a wonderful decision to join TriNet.
