Very long and drawn-out process, there were four interviews total over two months.
The interviews were a panel of current employees including ones you would be working closely with.
I thought all the questions were well thought out and the people were very nice. I got along well with everyone I met and an offer looked very promising.
After having had my final interview I didn't hear back from the company for over two weeks, so I reached out and asked if there were any updates and I received a generic rejection letter.
I was very disappointed to receive something so automated and inhuman after having spent all that time with the team. It seemed like it went against all the values this company has been preaching.
