The interview process is just straight forward. They assess you mostly of your personalities and characteristics. They will mostly show you scenarios about customer handling, and what will you do if you're the one helping or supporting the customers?

Interview process is a bit long. It took me a month or 2 before I got the job. The exam is average and after taking the exam, you will need to wait for weeks then you will be interviewed by a Team Leader.

The interview process is smooth. The duration ot it took long. Well, depends on the questions and how you answer them. All in all it was a good experience and the interviewer was very nice.

Interview
After passing the exam, I was scheduled for an interview. The HR team sent me a link for the meeting. The interview went well. The hiring manager is well spoken and nice. He made sure to make me feel comfortable all throughout the interview so I can express myself.
