The interview process includes 3 steps: a phone screening with HR, a phone interview with hiring manager & VP, and then an on-site interview. TransUnion moves and responses pretty fast throughout the whole interview process, it takes 3 weeks in total. In the phone interview with hiring manager&VP, they asked a lot about previous project experiences, also also very practical questions they met during their daily work. The hiring manager and VP were very kind, they listened carefully and discussed many details about the projects. Nothing really hard, but you really need to prepare very well for everything on your resume. The onsite interview becomes more intensive. I met with 10 people in total, ranges from VP to analyst. The interviews were quite technical. They asked a lot of questions about statistics, modeling, SAS, SQL coding. Many of the interviewers also asked very open-ending case style questions, and let me solve a series of questions given a particular setting. Everyone there was very polite and smart. I really enjoyed talking with them.
