Phone interviews, through this process they described the job and what the position all entails. This was very helpful and laid back. I was then asked to prepare a pitch in order to present my selling abilities. Through this process I learned how time consuming it is to perform the job successfully.

Interview
The process began very quickly. The interview consisted of just as much info about the company as being asked why I would want to work there. Overall, a little pushy- what you might expect from a sales role. I removed myself from the interview process before an offer was extended just because it was not the right move for me.
3 levels of interview + a shadowing period with a current employee. All were done via phone and zoom. However, this may have changed since I applied last in 2023. I was ghosted after doing all three stages. Not even a rejection.
