I applied online. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Tampa, FL) in Feb 2017
Interview
long process, phone screen, followed by another phone screen, followed by multiple emails from recruiter stating how fortunate I was to be selected. Invited in for a working interview, dressed formally in a room filled with t-shirts n jeans. Hung out for most of the morning. Then a math test, then a formal interview with management who expressed concerns I did not have B2B experience. Wasted weeks of my life when my resume was "reviewed" by literally everyone. If B2B was and is important, one quick review of my resume would have prevented the time wasting.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Portland, OR) in Nov 2025
Interview
Two phone calls, 1 in person interview, reference check. Process thus far has lasted about one month. Recruiter has been very helpful. Connected with the company at a university career fair.

A difficult experience I have been able to overcome
I applied online. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics
Interview
The process began very quickly. The interview consisted of just as much info about the company as being asked why I would want to work there. Overall, a little pushy- what you might expect from a sales role. I removed myself from the interview process before an offer was extended just because it was not the right move for me.
3 levels of interview + a shadowing period with a current employee. All were done via phone and zoom. However, this may have changed since I applied last in 2023. I was ghosted after doing all three stages. Not even a rejection.
