I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Topgolf (Austin, TX) in Mar 2020
Interview
The interview process is more just a giant set of Icebreaker games. Then they'll take you to do short 2 minute segments with more interview-like questions like availability and such. A lot of the time they wont hire Bayhost or Bartender Straight out the bat, They'll try to have you would a different position to work toward serving due to high demand of serving positions.

Question 1
What is some that gets you pumped up in the morning
It was a very interactive group interview! You play ice breakers and different games. They mainly want to see if you can adapt and engage in a positive and fun way! I enjoyed it

Question 1
They asked me to sing, which felt quirky, but definitely speaks to their fun outgoing culture!
Group style interview lasted a few hours. Easy day if you’re social. Could be awkward if you’re not prepared for this type of interview event. Otherwise easy and straightforward. Matches the type of people they’re looking to hire.

Question 1
Demonstrate previous server experience in one of the station rotations.
Fun process! One of the best interactive interview I’ve been too! They really have a way with choosing good people to work for the company. I would definitely recommend if interested in restaurant / food-hospitality of any sort. Especially in the beginning of your career.
