Interview
Starts outs with a DJ playing some music. Then, we get into groups and have our pictures taken. Then we have 3 interviews. 1st & 2nd interviews, the questions have nothing to do with the job, position, & the task at hand. The 3rd interview was 60 seconds to say anything. Followed by a Q & A. After that, you split your own group into 2 teams and creat your own event. Followed by more dancing and you walk out the door with the staff giving high fives.

All candidates went through a group interview process that was held at the location. They ultimately decided where to put in the location. The process is easy and everyone is super friendly.

It’s a group party. it does take about 3-4 hours but you get to know if you got the job at the end of the process, same day! it’s more of speed dating with a group. you ask questions, one person shares and then you get pulled to have one on one conversations with managers

Interview
Very relaxed and informal. There were a few different stages. Had to do a few ice breaker challenges with a large group. Was asked to say an interesting fact about myself. In the 'X Factor stage, I had to either tell an interesting story/sing/demonstrate any other talent in front of 3 staff members (who are friendly). Next, I had a 1:1 interview with a member of staff. Just be yourself and let your personality show as this is what they're looking for.
