I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Topdrawer in May 2022
Interview
Two part interview process with about 5-6 questions each. Pretty standard questions asking about customer service experience and interacting with customer problems. All the interviews took place over Zoom or phone call. I don’t think they do any in person interviews.
