Interviewed with multiple people. Interview consisted of not just knowledge base, but learning ability, quick decision making, and personality. I actually really enjoyed this as it not only let me know what the job would entail but also gave me a very good feel of the company culture and how I would fit into that. It was really nice to know up front that I would actually enjoy working in this company environment and not just what the actual job itself entailed.
