Interview
Applied online, recruiter reached out for availability and scheduled first 2 rounds. Informed me that 2nd interview would be dependent on the 1st interview. Then my recuiter left tik tok and my case was assigned to someone else. I think the new recruiter shifted my calls by mistake and some confusion happened, which tagged me as "Candidate No Show". I wrote multiple emails to clarify and my interviews were rescheduled. Kind of frustrating, 1st interview happened and it went very well! I was very confident in explaining my projects and completed my coding question well ahead in time and gave correct TC and SC. Then later received an email that you have been rejected, but the invite to second interview was not canceled like it did earlier. So I still showed up prepared and no interviewer came, then i emailed my recruiter and they told me, team decided to go with another candidate without any feedback

Interview
Deep dive into past projects, anything that is relevant in software development would be asked, not only backend development. Then the interviewer posed questions about basic concepts and terminologies like locks, process management, memory management, database sharing etc. Ended with a medium Leetcode problem.

What was the biggest challenge you encountered during this project and how did you solve it? Did anyone else's advice make you better?
A technical interview: the interviewer gives you a leetcode question, you clarify your misunderstanding with them, you write code while explaning your thoughts, finally you write test to test your code. Used HackerRank platform.
