There was a total of three interviews. First one on the phone, second and third ones via Zoom. Pretty easy ones. The third one was longer, the rest around 15 minutes each. Previous experience. Language test. Situational questions. TikTok values. TikTok history.

Very fast, clear and helpful TA team throughout entire process. The TA in charge of me was very supportive and guided me through my interview work process to ensure that I was updated throughout the entire process

Walk me through your thinking process to conduct content moderation and quality assurance in your past work experience.
Easy and smooth process. 4 stages interviews so be ready to WAIT as it’s a very long process, I think it was a couple of months for me before I got the offer.
