The 1st interview was a phone interview. The interviewer asked a mix of standard questions and behavioral questions. Using the STAR method is high recommended. Overall, I knew the interview didn't go well because I had plans to travel coming up and believe that was one of the reasons I wasn't called back for a second interview.
