I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Thrive Health Systems (Alpharetta, GA) in Jun 2019
Interview
Personality test was given by Robin listing 1-4 the most important attribute really not appropriate to the field of healthcare chiropractic or functional medicine there was no way the interview could show the true character of the person being interviewed
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions asked that were more in line with a personality test not a professional interview. It was almost laughable they did not try to find out what kind of a Dr. you are and really didnt seem to care
I interviewed at Thrive Health Systems (Colorado Springs, CO) in Nov 2016
Interview
Chiropractors from out of the state of Colorado, I suggest you don't waste your time and money interviewing with this company. After a phone interview I flew to Colorado Springs for a face to face interview. I was informed that they had problems with relocating out of state chiropractors previously, so this was counted against me. I was also penalized for being an experienced self-employed chiropractor, explaining that they tended to not work hard in their new position with Thrive.
I only wish they had informed me of their biases before I committed my time and money getting to the interview.
Very unprofessional and disorganized operation.
