You develop a relationship the second you speak to someone, that is the moment the relationship has started. Always treat clients feel extra special.

I kept it simple, b/c it depends on the business but the second you speak with someone the relationship has started and that’s why your approach and first words are critical

Then be a wordsmith and calmly listen to why they are asking this question and answer as best you can to what the customer desires. There is a way to make people feel confident and then they don’t ask ask as many questions. Always be honest and thorough so the client
