Just read this comment with interest I’m a professional HR Executive and I think you’re very unprofessional making comments about a company you haven’t even been to - your naivety is quite clear that you don’t know the commercial business world and how companies operate and make decisions - I don’t know the company you’re referring to but I think they’ve done themselves a favour not employing you - get a grip girl and welcome to the real commercial world

Dissing a company publicly online over a pathetic conversation which is obviously biased shows very immature behaviour from yourself - businesses have more important decisions to worry about rather than worrying about comments from little girls (assuming you’re a girl) who are offended by not being pampered by a business who clearly were interested in offering you a position - at least they’ve escaped employing you - try and be more professional instead of slagging businesses off who are trying to keep their heads above water with day to day challenges

In response to the comment posted on 20th June 2019 (I am the author of this review): 1. 'Get a grip girl' - first of all you have stated that you are a professional HR Executive. Based on this statement alone, I wouldn't class this as professional. You also seem to know that I am female. The review is completely anonymous therefore you would not know this, unless you are the company in question who spoke to me on the phone. 2. A very similar tone, language and writing style was used in the above comment as the text reply that I received. 3. 'I don't know the company you're referring to' - it's very coincidental that 24 hours after I posted the review, there has been a response from a person who is supposedly not associated with the company. It is clear to me who this response is from and it can only further support my original points about the company. As a potential candidate I have every right to share my opinion about my experience prior to the interview - after all, this is still part of the whole interview process. I will spend no more time on this subject and move on, and hope that you do the same.

As a former employee I can state that the review is exactly correct. HR is both extemely arrogant and ineffective As the reviewer wrote the reply is most likely from the company HR - agressive response but not bright enough to change style of writing to hide identity

The person who wrote this review is bang on the mark : a former employee on
