The interview process was pretty short and not very difficult. The main focus should be on being honest and open about your gifts and your challenges. Furthermore you should also exhibit a desire to grow and be challenged on what is a difficult and life-changing year.

They asked very deep prying personal questions that would be easy to lie about but as far as I understand have made massive strides over the last few years with what they do so I don't think my experience is necessarily current.
