Phone interview. Follow up interview with Director and another manager. I found the in person interview to be a bit awkward, a lot of repeating information I was initially asked during phone interview. I did not get a follow up email, I reached out regarding status of interview. Always follow up with a candidate regardless of the outcome.

The interview process was fairly simple. Phone Interview happened first and then second step was in person interview and met with General Manager and also VP of Sales & Marketing and Director of Catering/Conference Services.
