Interview
Four hour session with a 10 minute interview at the end. Included an exam for clinical skills and medication calculations and a group assignment where everyone had to participate and come up with ideas for something that wasn’t nursing related
After initial resume process, got invited to attend a face to face interview the following week. Face to face interview was with 3 interview panelists - a NUM, an educator and a HR representative. Went in for a 15 minute interview and then received an offer by the end of the week.
