Three round interviews. Not just interview with your direct reporting line but also your colleagues as well. They look at the team feedback due to cross-functional working requirement. But the recruiter didn't communicate much during the whole process. I found out the reason later as she was leaving the company. Overall, it was quite good experience. I enjoy the straight forward process.
