Phone Screening: a store manager or HR person might call you for a quick chat. This is to get a feel for your background and see if you're interested in the role.
In-Store Interview: If your phone screening goes well, you'll be invited to the store for an interview with the store manager, possibly along with another staff member.

Do you have any personal experience using health and wellness products?
The interview was super relaxed but very professional. They didn't expect me to "know everything," instead they emphasized a willingness to learn and work as a team. It was very reassuring and I got a great vibe from both the manager and assistant manager.

Application was online and simple. We set up an interview with the SM and then set up a second interview with the DM. Sometimes they will combine these into one interview.
