The Outsource Group interview questions

Typing speed and accuracy test, thank a move call to assess voice clarity, composure and overall communication skills. Finally a one on one interview to assess attitude, previous experience and work ethics.

The process involved a 1:1 with the hiring manager who asked me to walk through my resume, answer a series of behavioral interview questions, and highlight my strengths and improvement areas. The interview was conducted over lunch at a nice restaurant. This was then followed by an in-person conversation with the President & CEO.
