Interview
1. Envío de CV y Carta de Motivación
2. Forma de Google para conectar experiencia a posición, incluyendo cómo se han aplicado en el pasado las habilidades requeridas por la posición.
3. Caso de estudio práctico donde se requiere implementar soluciones a través de marcos de trabajo y estrategias de monitoreo, aprendizaje y evaluación.
4. Entrevista con panel de 5 personas incluyendo preguntas en inglés.

Interview
First had a phone screening interview that lasted thirty minutes followed by a 1 hour panel interview all via zoom. This was followed by a skills assessment test. There were behavioral and skill specific questions. The interviews were good and professional and quite conversational in nature, so that eased pre-interview tension. No communication was made after the final skills test (more than a week elapsed) and that sucked because the initial process for the first two interviews and final assessment had consistent communication.
