Email with simple 8Q questionnaire to fill out. Reply back in a couple days to schedule in person panel interview at HQ - Arlington. Interviewed with 3 people. No difficult questions. They each took turns but not in an organized manner. Emailed them back the next day and couple more times over the following month. They didn't have the common courtesy to reply back. They hired from within.

No difficult questions. related to job description or resume
The first interview was roughly 75 minutes long with the first half of the interview used to give more information about the nature of the organization and the role. The questions were straight forward and the interviewers were friendly. The second interview was with the direct supervisor along with one other person. The questions were, again, straight forward, but more tailored to the position at hand.

One question that stumped me was something along the lines, "How would you handle data or documents that were confidential?" This seemed too obvious to me that I didn't really know how to answer it.
