It was great, not too difficult. There were two interviewers and they were friendly. They first introduced themselves and shared about their work. They then described what the internship role would look like and what they were looking forward to. They shared the projects that were being done at that time

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at The Nature Conservancy in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview was nice and compact. It was difficult but reasonable. The interviewers were nice and the atmosphere was good. I was able to ask enough questions that I wanted and it was possible for the interview to look at how the organization seemed to be.
Very straightforward questions (roughly 8-13). There were about 3 people on the interview panel and they gave really good responses after each question rather than just moving on to the next.
