The interview process went smoothly and I felt incredibly valued throughout my entire experience. I had a introductory call, an interview with my hiring manager, a work assignment, and then a panel interview with three members of the team. With each interview, I was asked fair questions that helped me understand the scope of the job, the company as a whole, and the pain points that need to be resolved. Overall, I had a positive experience interviewing for my position with TKWW. I felt a great deal of chemistry with each of the people I spoke with, which goes a long way in both the interview process and, eventually, the role itself.
