Interview went fine, though from the get go, it seemed that they had already gone with another hire. They were heavily interested in diversity and seemed to tell me as much during the process. This is a difficult spot to be in when you do not bring the right demographic they are looking for. Please don't bring in candidates to interview if you already know you will go with a minority hire!
