I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The GIANT Company (Hershey, PA) in Oct 2011
Interview
My interview was fairly easy; the hiring manager was nice and a generally happy person. She was easy to talk to, and an understanding person. I had to also sit through a couple orientation videos, and complete a lot of online tests to make sure I was ready for working at Giant and that I knew all of the basics before going to hands-on training.

I interviewed at The GIANT Company (West Grove, PA)
Interview
It was straightforward and simple for an entry level position. I was one of many high school and college age students that worked there part time, so it was a basic process of asking if you can work the hours, show up on time, and be presentable. You were brought up to a manager's office and asked the basic questions, nothing too crazy since it's a position that doesn't require skills or previous experience.
