A week or so after applying, I was asked to interview. The questions were fairly traditional, mostly asking for previous experience and going over job responsibilities. An emphasis on consistent attendance was made.

It was overall a very easy interview process, they were desperate for people to work the deli so they were not too concerned with my qualifications. It also only took about 15 minutes so it was nothing too demanding. The interview should be nothing to worry about.
