Interview
You start off with a few phone interviews, and the proceed to do video interviews and a polycom with the regional head. From there, if all is going well, you do a "day in the field" and get to learn about the job hands on before a job offer is officially presented.

Interview
The interview process with The Connor Group has been a truly unique experience. The process consists of a few different interview steps which allows for the recruiters and management to really get to know potential employees. The amazing part about interviewing with The Connor Group is the ability to participate in "a day in the field." I got to spend a day with one of the sales teams to experience the job, which is a great way to make sure it would be a good fit. Zach Rainwater, my recruiter, is amazing. He is great at what he does, and really goes above and beyond to make sure the recruitment process goes as smoothly as possible.
