Interview
I had an over the phone interview where they asked me a series of basic questions about employment history and experience? Then after that I had an in person interview. It was fairly informal with three interviewers one right after the other. It included a tour of the facilities and the laboratory space. Brewing or manufacturing knowledge was a plus.

Tell us about a time where you made a mistake. Tell us about a time where you had a conflict with a co worker. What would you do if you saw unsafe behavior from a coworker? What do you know about the brewing process? Tell us about a time where you had a lab result that didn't make sense, and how did you research that result?
