Individual one to one questioning style interview. With a group review later on with one of the sub managers. A briefing on the various roles in the company and then introductory to the facilities and benefits.

It was a face to face interview with many behavioural based questions that asked about my experiences, problem solving skills, teamwork, and adaptability, and how I handle challenging situations in working environments.
