Five video interviews. Everyone was extremely punctual, efficient, and professional. Staff seemed nice and happy with their jobs. HR was very helpful and organized - confirmed interview times, shared best practices tips, etc.
There were three rounds, with the first a more technical interview, the second a competency-based, and the final round being a written process. Meeting with people throughout the team, as well as having an HR screening round.
