Interview
1. CV submission along with a series of questions to answer.
2. multimedia project where you analyze a campaign
3/4. two assessment days. first assessment day is largely group based with no individual interview
CV submission followed by a task. The graduate recruiter was very helpful and provided feedback as to why I was not selected to be taken forward to the next stage.

Interview
Attended the first assessment day. Was an interesting experience which entailed the classic assessment day activities. Group interview and creative exercise were a bit bizarre. It felt rather disorganised considering there were 40 people and was a bit casual.
