I had a very dissatisfied customer who paid to upgrade our product. The upgrade we made did not turn out how he expected but time was needed for the leather to settle. To compensate for the perceived deficiency, I offered him a 12 month care package -which cost the company pennies on the dollar- for free! The care package protects his purchase in addition to making it look brand new whenever he wants. When the upgrade he initially paid for began to settle -thus, looking more natural and aesthetically pleasing to the eye- he was pleased with our work and only used 3 months of the 12 month care package I extended to him.
