Very chill, two seaparate interviews. First interview was more generalized get to know you questions. Second interview asked more questions about working in a team and problem solving skills. Overall not too stressful of an experience.

Target’s hiring process typically starts with an online application, followed by a HireVue video interview as the preferred screening method. The overall process averages about 14 days from application to offer. 
Quick and easy. Just spoke with hiring manager. In and out in 20 minutes. Super friendly, they're just checking to see if you have a pulse and hold a quick conversation
Pretty much need a reference or show up on the right day to get an interview. Seems a little much for the task at hand but overall very simple online interview.
