I was asked to come in to meet with the store manager and then met with the Starbucks manager on a later date. They hired me and I completed onboarding for a day before starting behind bar.

It was all virtual so it was fine. I had to use an app called HireVue to answer some questions that seemed a little ambiguous for the position, such as how I went “above and beyond” for previous jobs.

When was their conflict between two people somewhere you worked and how did you help solve it?
Applied online and was called in for an in person interview with the team lead of the target location that was applied for. Afterwards I did a screening online in which had about 20 questions for me to fill out
I submitted an application and they interviewed me over a video call. The interview was fairly easy and relaxed. Seemed like they just wanted to get a feel for my personality
