Interview
I was told I answered question great I looked really nice eye contact, I mentioned that I am 5 Mins away and that I do shop there alot. Target has great sales super clean store great environment everyone so helpful curious respectful smiling and it is my favorite store of all nd that if I worked there I would love it. I would enjoy it be happy staying busy helping customers ,being a team player, going that extra mile to see my job grow bigger nd bigger.

I was asked about issues with a customer how would I handle it. my likes at my old job nd what all I done there and dislikes there, what all other jobs have I worked before and what I have done.

Interview
Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
